ISO30414 is a guideline for internal and external reporting on human capital.

Since these guidelines cover a wide range of indicators related to human capital, they are extremely useful for companies to select and set human capital KPIs.

At the BoardHR Initiative, we believe that supporting the flexible application of ISO30414 will lead to the setting of human capital KPIs that fit the company's unique value creation story.

ISO30414 is not a Requirement Standard but a Guideline Standard, so like other international guidelines and frameworks such as GRI and IIRC, it is a standard that companies can refer to in their own style.
